Walnut Cream Sauce
3 T butter
1 clove garlic crushed
1/3 C milk
1/2 C sour cream
1/3 C mascarpone cheese
1/2 c toasted walnuts chopped
1/2 T salt
Heat oven to 350°. Place walnuts on a sheet
pan and toast in the oven. Cool the walnuts and grind them. In a
saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add the crushed garlic.
Sauté the garlic for 2 min. Add milk, sour cream, and mascarpone.
Bring to a light simmer and reduce slightly. Add ground walnuts
and salt. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
